Sometimes life challenges us: a relationship breaks down, a situation escalates, we lose our footing, and in the moment we do not know what to do next. Then it is simply about becoming able to act again.

That is what First Aid is for: short, concrete guides for difficult and acute moments.

Other challenges we choose deliberately. We want to change something, grow beyond ourselves, or break free from old patterns.

That is what Growth is for: guides for people who challenge themselves and truly want to change something.

And some things belong to both. Old patterns, inner drivers, coping strategies, and beliefs learned early can make life hard without us having chosen them. But if we want to change them, we have to act ourselves. Usually nothing happens on its own.
